"Cuban education is an example for the world," said UNESCO at University 2014 International Congress. The reasons for this statement are 3:

1) Gratuity and scope of the Cuban Education

In the Cuban island children attend pre-school education from 6 months of age through age 5. This is not compulsory but if free. From age 6 until the 11 Cuban children attend primary education.They complete their compulsory education with secondary general education, which are ready to begin their undergraduate studies.
