In the mid-seventies in the Netherlands and Anglo-Saxon countries began movements related to effective teaching and educational improvement against prevailing movements that made the school an inefficient entity, especially for children from social classes more marginal.
The movement "educational effectiveness" main function is to establish a method that can identify the success or educational failure in school, that is, the movement wants to achieve in the classroom a growing understanding in the organization of the as school and classroom influences the achievement and progress of students as in social and effective results valued by society.
